Abstract Background Wandering spleen is a rare condition, which characterized by augmented mobility of the spleen, due to congenital or acquired causes. It more frequent in multiparous women, but only few cases are reported during pregnancy. usually asymptomatic until onset its possible complications, and this can mislead clinicians reaching correct diagnosis. Case presentation We report case wandering with acute splenic infarction pregnant woman minimally invasive surgical treatment, focusing on clinical radiological findings that could drive right diagnosis, potential disaster. Conclusions Splenic preservation where it safe main goal treatment.
